What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Venmo, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. We also now allow you to pay for any of our products with your FSA/HSA dollars through TrueMed.

What is TrueMed?

Truemed partners with health and wellness brands to enable qualified customers to use HSA/FSA funds on health and wellness purchases. Can I make a return or exchange?

Hormone Wellness Test

We do not accept returns on the Hormone Wellness Test. To ensure health safety and accuracy of results, the contents of our kits must not be contaminated or damaged in any way. Once the kit is shipped from our facility, our ability to offer a safe and effective testing experience is compromised and the kit cannot be reused. We will refund your order only if the order is canceled before it has shipped. If you have any further questions please email us at [email protected] with your order number.

Supplements and Skincare (excluding Metabolism Ignite) 

We stand behind the efficacy of Veracity’s supplement and skincare products and want you to love them as much as we do. Products that have not been opened are eligible for a return or exchange only within 14 days of delivery. Customers will be responsible for return shipping.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your supplement (excluding Metabolism Ignite) or skincare purchase, please email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with your order number so they can further assist you.

How are refunds processed?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. Once we receive and review the returned items, we will initiate the refund back to your original form of payment. This can take up to 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.


How does my subscription discount work? 

We offer 25% off your first subscription shipment. Subsequent subscription shipments will be discounted at 10% off. Most discount codes cannot be combined with a recurring subscription order.

Are your supplements vegan? 

Yes our supplements are completely vegan. 

Do your supplements have any common allergens?

All of our supplements are formulated without soy, gluten, wheat, fish, shellfish, animal or dairy products, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, artificial colors and sweeteners, or preservatives.

Are your supplements all natural?

No. We prioritize ingredient selection based on safety and efficacy. While our supplements contain mostly nature-derived ingredients, we use some synthetic ingredients as they are the safety and purist options available.

Are your supplements safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

  • Metabolism Ignite -  is made from 100% natural plant extracts, so it is safe for you and your baby while breastfeeding. However, if you have any specific health issues please consult your physician first. If you are pregnant we always recommend you consult with your primary care physician before starting any new supplements, including Metabolism Ignite. 

  • BioEvolve Multivitamin and BioEvolve Probiotic - we recommend consulting your primary care physician or doctor before using our BioEvolve Multivitamin and BioEvolve Probiotic if you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • The rest of our supplements - should not be used while pregnant or breastfeeding. Please consult your primary care physician or doctor for more information.

What are USP grade vitamins? Are your supplements USP grade?

The USP is a scientific organization that sets standards for the identity, strength, quality and purity of medicines, food ingredients and dietary supplements, manufactured, distributed and consumed worldwide. We prioritize the use of USP grade ingredients whenever possible.

Can I use multiple supplements at the same time?

Yes, in fact, we recommend it! Our supplements are designed to work with each other. We recommend the BioEvolve Multivitamin and BioEvolve Probiotic to establish baseline health, along with a targeted supplement to address any specific skin or health concerns. Always consult with your primary care physician before beginning your supplement routine.

How is the quality of your supplements tested?

All of our supplement ingredients are tested for purity, strength, and composition to ensure the safety and efficacy of the products. 

Are the ingredients in your supplements clinically tested?

Yes! All the ingredients we use are evidence-based ingredients, meaning they are vetted by our whole health medical team in addition to being backed by scientific publications on the dose that is most effective. In total, our supplements are backed by more than 30+ published papers, which allows us to understand the correct dose and combination of ingredients to include in each capsule for optimal results. 

Will taking the supplements alone be an alternative to the diet and lifestyle recommendations you provided, or do I have to follow those as well?

Achieving hormonal balance requires small but consistent changes in your lifestyle for long term health and balance – from supplements, to diet and lifestyle. Our supplements provide targeted solutions that work at the cellular level to improve hormone balance, but a holistic that includes diet and lifestyle will deliver optimal results.

Are your supplements drug free?

Yes. Drug free means our supplements do not contain prescription drug ingredients. Our ingredients are natural USP-grade botanicals and adaptogens that deliver results. Other ingredients are patented and backed by extensive clinical studies on the right dose.

Can I recycle my empty supplements bottle?

Yes! Our supplements are made of HDPE plastic – BPA-free, food safe, and medical grade. HDPE plastic is compatible with plastic recyclable #2 – which is often available through curbside recycling programs. To recycle your supplement bottle – remove the sticker (this can be tossed in the trash), separate the bottle from the cap. Give the bottle a rinse and dry completely. Place the bottle and the cap in your recycling bin for curbside pickup!

Do I need a physician’s referral?

No referral necessary! We are not a healthcare provider, and work independently with trusted lab partners and medical experts.

Is my Hormone Wellness Test covered by insurance?

Since we are not a healthcare provider we do not accept insurance.

Can I use my FSA/HSA dollars?

Yes - Veracity skincare, supplements, and the Hormone Wellness Test are all HSA + FSA eligible – and you can purchase them directly through our website by choosing the ‘Truemed’ payment option at checkout.

Can I use my Hormone Wellness Test if I have COVID-19?

If you have or suspect you might have COVID-19, please follow CDC guidelines on completing a 14 day quarantine before using your test kit and sending it to our lab.

Can I purchase a Hormone Wellness Test as a gift?

Yes! You may purchase the kit as a gift for anyone 18 years or older.

How do I use my Hormone Wellness Test kit?

Collect your saliva first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything other than water. If you need to start over, just rinse the collection tube out with hot water (no soap), air dry, and repeat the steps below.


  • Rinse your mouth with water prior to the collection.

  • Swish the saliva around in your mouth and start spitting into the vial.


  • Spit until the vial is filled to the line marked ‘5.’ Make sure it isn’t all bubbles.

  • No worries if it seems like it’s taking a while—it may take up to 30 minutes to gather enough saliva.


  • Screw the tube cap on tightly.

  • Mark your name, date of birth, and the date and you collected your sample time on the label provided on the vial.


  • Place the tube in the clear resealable bag and store it in the freezer until you’re ready to ship. We recommend placing the clear resealable bag into the box you received your test in for extra protection. Use the prepaid shipping label and return mailer included in your kit to send it back.

Do I need to register my test and complete my Hormone Wellness profile?

Yes! You must register your Hormone Wellness Test in order to receive your results. We require this information to approve and analyze your test results. Your answers to the additional questions help us to examine your qualitative attributes along with your test results to give you the best possible recommendations.

If you are giving the Hormone Wellness Test to someone else, please ensure the recipient registers the test.

Where do I find the kit ID to register my Hormone Wellness Test?

You can find the kit ID on the label of the saliva tube included in your Hormone Wellness Test. This is an alphanumeric string between 6-10 characters long.

How do I know if my Hormone Wellness Test was successfully registered?

After registering your Hormone Wellness Test, you will receive an email from us that confirms whether your test was successfully registered. If your registration was unsuccessful, we’ll reach out to you with next steps!

Can I go back to a previous question while filling out my Hormone Wellness Profile?

Yes! Click the arrow icon that points upward at the bottom right corner of the screen.

How do I return my completed test kit to the lab?

Use the return envelope and prepaid shipping label provided in the kit. Please take extra care to drop off your package with the mail carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) that is listed on the return shipping label. If you have any questions or would like us to schedule a pickup for you please contact us at [email protected].

How long will it take to get my results?

From the time you send back your kit, it will take approximately 14 business days to receive your results. We’ll let you know when your test has arrived at our lab and is being processed. We’ll send you an email to let you know as soon as your results are ready.

What if I have questions about my results?

Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with any questions you have. You can also book a free one on one consultation with our registered nutritionist to discuss your results – the option to book will appear at the top of your results page in your Veracity account.

What does “Average Range” mean in my results?

When analyzing your results, labs use reference ranges to determine if your levels are high, medium or low. The “average” range is the upper and lower limit for a group of people considered to be healthy. Reference ranges are different for each hormone.

What if my results are abnormal?

All test results are reviewed by a board certified physician and you will be contacted directly in the case of any critical value readings.

Should I share my results with my doctor?

Veracity always advises you to share and discuss your results with your healthcare provider. Our tests provide personalized information and education; they are not intended to diagnose any disease or condition or to substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. You should always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you have regarding your medical care. We also recommend that you consult a physician about any concerns specifically related to your results. We are not able to diagnose medical conditions or provide medical advice based on your saliva test panel.

The saliva test is being used solely to recommend skin care and supplement products best suited to your skin's needs - all of our products are endocrine disruptor free meaning they are free of any known or potential hormone disruptors.

What if I don’t know the first day of my last period?

If you are menstruating regularly, please do your best to estimate. A couple of days off will not be a problem. You can complete your test on any day if you are menstruating or not. You will be asked to provide the first day of your last period (if you menstruate!) when you complete your Hormone Wellness Profile.

Does the test work if I'm on birth control?

Yes. We recommend testing during your week of placebo pills for the most accurate results. However, we recommend you test again if you stop taking birth control as hormones may have changed. You’ll be asked if you’re on birth control when you complete your Hormone Wellness Profile so we can interpret your results accurately.

Does the test work if I’m in perimenopause or menopause?

Yes. It’s important to know your specific hormone levels, especially when you are undergoing a lot of change, such as in perimenopause or menopause. Our Hormone Wellness Test offers you these insights. We interpret your results based on your life state, so we can help you understand the nuances of your hormone levels. You’ll also have a chance to specify other details about your life and skin-related issues in your Hormone Wellness Profile. 

Is it safe to test while pregnant?

Yes - it is completely safe to test while pregnant or breastfeeding. We interpret your results using the appropriate ranges. However, we recommend you test again when you are not pregnant or breastfeeding as hormones may have changed significantly. 

Why do you test saliva?

Hormones can be measured in a variety of ways - saliva, blood, and urine. At Veracity we chose a saliva-based hormone test because it is the easy, non invasive and accurate. Hormone levels in saliva are processed hormones - or more bioavailable hormones - and more likely indicate the hormone levels affecting your skin.

Why is it important to test first thing in the morning?

Testing first thing in the morning ensures the accuracy of your results. Hormone levels change over the course of the day, with some hormones such as cortisol and testosterone rising throughout the day. We interpret your results based on reference ranges for a morning collection.

Do you test genes/DNA?

No, we do not test for genetic information. We analyze only your hormones. Unlike your DNA, hormones in your body change over time (just as your skin does) and are indicative of your health at the time of testing. DNA is useful for indicating what you might be susceptible to, but our test measures what matters most to your skin right now.

How do you create my recommendations?

Our recommendations are based on scientific research and data on hormones that have a proven impact on your skin, in combination with the expert guidance of our medical advisory team. We also take into account the information you provide in your Hormone Wellness Profile to ensure our recommendations are personalized and optimized to your lifestyle.

Are Veracity’s products personalized?

Our personalization starts with real data about you and your health. Based on your hormone levels we provide personalized recommendations for your optimal skincare and supplement routine, but the individual products are not formulated for you personally. Yes! We worked with a PhD in hormonal health as well as our physician advisory board to ensure that all of our skincare is safe for all life moments including pregnancy and breastfeeding. Yes. Veracity uses clinically proven ingredients with proven effectiveness for people of all ages.

What are you doing for sustainability?

We believe sustainability is rooted in whole body health. When humans are healthy, the planet is healthy. To us this means eliminating and minimizing exposure to hormone disrupting chemicals, such as BPA plastic – which not only interferes with our health, but is known to bioaccumulate in the environment leading to toxin build up in our ecosystems. We prioritize the use of glass packaging wherever possible and any plastic components that are required for product dispensing and sealing are certified 100% free of BPA.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, sustainability is incredibly important to us, that's why we chose responsibly sourced, 100% recycled paper to make our box packaging. All bottles and jars are made of 100% glass that can be recycled after use. We use plastic only when necessary to dispense or seal products. Learn more here at the bottom of the page.

Do you test your products on animals?

No, all of our products are cruelty free, certified through Leaping Bunny.

Are your products all-natural/organic?

We use both natural and synthetic ingredients that are safe for your skin, hormones, and long term health. We prioritize ingredients that biodegrade in the environment, and that are responsibly and ethically sourced. All of our skincare ingredients are rated safe by The Environmental Working Group (EWG) and do not pose risk of cancer, endocrine disruption, allergic reaction or immunotoxicity. All of our skincare is  pregnancy and breastfeeding safe. 

Are your products vegan and gluten free?

Yes, all of our products are verified vegan, gluten free, cruelty free, sulfate free, fragrance free, silicone free, soy free and endocrine disruptor free.


What happens with my data?

Your data is used solely to provide personalized recommendations and information, and to enhance your experience.
