Dr. Lana’s Spring Mint + Pea Dip Recipe

We’ve partnered with the Dr. Lana Wellness team to bring you a tasty and fresh Spring Pea Dip recipe. It’s best to make this recipe in the spring – when the ingredients are in season, so you can get the best flavor and nutrition!

SPRING MINT + PEA DIP RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of peas
  • 1 clove of peeled garlic
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp of tahini
  • 2 tsp of lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well-mixed.

2. Enjoy the dip with some seasonal spring veggies such as carrots, and radishes.
